T.i was the definition of best rapper alive at the time....yall naming any ol body?MF doom,Masta Ace?....you cant be irrelevant and be best rapper alive...was any of these nikkas besides T.I considered that nikka in all regions?was any of these other nikkas king of an entire region?Wayne outshined T.i on Urban Legend,but it wasnt his time yet.

T.I. moment was in 2006. Plus Urban Legend was meh.
Madvilliany was the biggest underground album of the year and sold 150k. It wasn't irrelevant.
