I'm not putting Ghostface in 1995 or Raekwon in 1996

I understand Snoop's impact but it isn't his album and he didn't release anything else project-wise in 1992, therefore he isn't eligible

you can use his singles in 1992 for fuel in adding to his 1993 MVP case where he is an option

but this is the BEST RAPPER ALIVE

he was alive and a rapper

c'mon DUCK... i mean DECK

also putting Rae in 96 won't matter anyway
Pac got that easily :pachaha:

Ice Cube

Does track record at the time matter? Redman has a case if you look at the year in isolation but Cube's track record plus his performance this year gives him the edge. The Predator was also the only solo rap album to hit #1 in 1992.
Yea breh the more I think about it it's Cube hands down. I think the Predator went platinum in less than a week or something ridiculous

The Predator debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, with sales of 193,000 copies in its first week. The album was certified platinum on January 7, 1993 and 2x platinum in late 2001, making it Ice Cube's best-selling album to date.
