Best of the Franchise: Die Hard

I’m bored. shyt most of us probably are. So similar to what a breh in TSC is doing with wrestlers, decided the film room needs to put some shyt on record. Take a franchise and simply vote on what you feel is the best entry. Can be in any genre from any year, as long as there are three or more entries.

Die Hard is the first one to come to mind so that’s what we’re doing.












I’m always split between die hard and die hard with a vengeance but as usual, die hard gets the W from me. Perfect action flick and slightly tighter than the third movie

When I was younger I changed my mind on this every few years. For 2-3 years Die Hard 2 was fav. and for another 2-3 years it was Die Hard 3.

But lets be real.

Yeah thats basically how I went with it. If I'm picking between 1 and 3, 1 gets the nod. 3 has a stretch for me where it's just not as tight and as great as Jeremy irons is, he's no Alan Rickman.

objectively I'd say DH1 or 3 are the best...but 2's still my favorite. It upped the ante but still get kept it DHish...has my favorite scene when he launches out of the plane...and my favorite yippie ki yay

2 works for me but just feels...idk it feels off and that might be because of the director

Okay this is i guess the difference between Best and Favorite.

I think technically the best far as groundbreaking and story is Die Hard

But my favorite was always Die Hard with a Vengeance. Love that shyt, Bruce and Sam Jackson was a great buddy cop team even tho Zeus wasn't a cop
