didn't happen in a day..
when he dropped off Jada it was probably around 8 p.m. and when the movie ended the sun was starting to come up.
so technically it happened over a span of two days but it was within 24 hours.

Rope is supposedly shot in one shot....i'm sure it's not that would be impossible I think, in fact I know it wasn't but I'd like to think it was cause that's crazy.
It's 10 shots. Film reels at the time were limited to a maximum of 10-minutes per reel, so it would be impossible.
But, the film is shot in a way that masks the cuts...but sliding behind an open door/behind the chest, etc....
