This is a step in the right direction. Shortage or not, putting them in stores consistently will put a dent in the scalper market and make them more available.

We just need all the other retailers to follow. Even if it's like 3 consoles in store a week, if it's all the retailers and they don't announce that they will have them in stock, it'll add up.

Yeah, retailers probably lost a lot of money not selling them in stores. People aren’t gonna be as inclined to pick up accessories, other games, and who knows what else equipment at the time they buy the console. Brick and Mortar is probably really getting hit hard by that alone. This is also teaching more people to buy everything digitally. The pandemic made it worse but now it’s like the biggest piece of consumer hardware out right now can only be bought online and two of them come without disc readers.

I’m sure Best Buy has been trying to get this done for a while, walmart is next then target
