An assassin and honor do not go together. I know that’s a common thing, but a murderer/killer doesn’t have that, which is why Bullseye takes the crown for me.

Gotta think about it like this though, breh.
Deadshot will get his mark and his mark only. It would obviously look targeted, then you'd have Bats nosey ass trying to figure out why this specific breh got knocked off.
Deathstroke going off would have collateral like a mothafukka. Dudes would just chalk it up to mans going on some sort episode or he had multiple targets. Wouldn't come back to you at all.
Deadpool almost never kills his targets, and Bullseye is actually batshyt.
But that's the problem though breh, Deathstroke is inclined to overkill. Deadshot is going to bring the Bat on me but Deathstroke is going to have the whole fukking League investigating 100 charred remains.
Brehs really don't understand how far into insanity Bullseye has descended. There's more than a 70% chance he's going to kill you for no reason.
now that I think about it, Floyd prolly would be a better choice if I'm actually spending money.

Meltzer went nuts with how he overdid it with Slade in Identity Crisis but him being able to do that to Wally West was the least egregious thing about his take down of the Justice League.man I dunno if you were around when this dropped.

This is really between Deathstroke and Deadshot. Those two would get the job done, are about the money, and wouldn't try to kill your ass unless you screw them over.
