He's on that Preem shyt for the most part. Outside of Doom, most of his production has gone to aight to eh talents. Dudley Perkins meshes really well with Madlib's sound, I think.

In a series of Legendary Posts, this might be your worst post ever :wow:

Madlib is nothing like Preme. Lib is in a lane of his own

Although I agree he tends to work with avg rappers for the most part

TOKYO, Taitou-Ku.
I don't know who you are, so I don't know your preference.

Madvillain was great back then, and it's aged fine, but that shyt is too slow now. Nothing energetic about it.

Unseen was all around the place, great shyt. A few tracks from there are on my 1500+ playlist on my phone. Lootpack's Soundpieces is still really fun to listen too as well.

His best shyt recently was that shyt he did for Strong Arm Steady - In Search of Stoney Jackson. His beats and their style made a great pair, though at this point I only bang the instrumentals of the stand-out tracks.

Nnnnnoooooooooooooo.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Clearly you misinterpreted my post, or I worded it poorly. The first two sentences were meant to be connected. As in Madlib, like Preem, has matched some of his best production with average ass rappers. Which makes picking out his best album a challenge, kind of like how Preem showed his ass on the Group Home debut, but it's difficult to call an album with Malachi verses on it Preem's best. The funniest thing is that in discussing Madlib with someone like 3 days ago I used the exact same wording you just did: Madlib is in a lane of his own. I'm a Madlib junkie, I definitely wouldn't compare his sound to Preem. I'm also in the midst of a two week Madlibfest right now.

*goes back to playing "Jordache Look" on repeat*

Nnnnnoooooooooooooo.

See above.

You have an instrumental version of Jordache Look?
