1. Not sure. I think the Dems are going to try and block as much as possible to avoid backlash from their base. Any yay vote to whatever he proposes will be used against them if primaried. I also think the Republicans will block anything outright crazy he proposes which is probably a good thing. Most of what actually gets through will likely be reasonable..thats why i wasnt tripping over some of his wild suggestions on the trail (i also didnt think he believed a bunch of them but is now cornered into giving an honest effort to it so he doesnt alienate his voters).
2. Id lean towards no. I said it elsewhere that i wouldnt be surprised if he chose not to run for reelection. He hinted in his victory speech about that and his suggestion for term limits also could be an indicator. I dont think he wants to risk taking an L. Could be wrong, too early to say.
I tend to agree with this. Trump has even said when he was on the trail and tried to talk policy specifics that the crowd would start to tune him out until he started with the crooked Hillary comments and lock her up. A lot of republicans don't feel he is one them, he was a democrat for most of his adult life even though he gave money to both parties.

Right after Obama won, Mitch Mcconell and other republicans said they would do EVERYTHING to make Obama a one term president. It's funny that before last night everyone(including myself) was saying how broken the republican party is and who is the true leader of the party going forward and now it's seem its a huge problem with democrats.

The supreme court is lost for atleast another 10-20 years because Trump will appoint his people, but as far as the senate and the house, people have to show up in '18 and vote. But to do that you gotta have a real leader of the party to unite them.

Reagan was viewed an extreme outsider when he ran for president and even to this day, most republicans call their party "the party of Reagan".

The democratic party is Obama's for now, there is no leader I foreseeably see. And currently no one I see strong enough to run against trump other than Bernie. But by then he'll be 78 years old, Biden is in his mid 70s, and warren will be in her 70s soon. Someone has to emerge in the party. Also the book has to be closed on the Clintons for good!! That name cannot be synonymous with the party anymore, last night proved that...

Tulsi Gabbard is the one for them. Im a pretty firm believer in that. Id strongly consider voting for her..she rode the Bernie wave, has military credibility, is a minority (hindu i believe) and shes also very attractive :shaq:. Shes got a strong social media presence and is on the right side of many issues. She even resigned from the DNC before Schultz because she thought it was rigged against Bernie. I cosign her

Nina Turner can be the next breakout star.

P.S. Gabbard is Hawaiian.

I dont think Nina has the crossover appeal. Tulsi's military background would be huge. And yeah i know shes Hawaiian so that would make her the 2nd prez from there..she might be the first Hindu member of congress but dont quote me on that. I follow her on FB and signed a few of her petitions. Find another trump voter that did that

Maybe in 8 years then. I thought she was already near to or at 40 but maybe not.

Not sure that being an islamophobe would be a killer after seeing this years results...didnt know that about her though. Honestly, she would probably lose in a primary without big backing but i think she has all the ingredients of being a really good candidate and president

No Obama himself cost these problems. She and Bill were racist towards him by numerous statements they made in 2008 campaign including making a joke how he could be assassinated just like Martin Luther King JR

Even after all this disrespect, Obama gave her a lifeline and gave her a job in his administration...to promise her after his 2nd term she would run...

All he had to do after she disrespected him was to not involve himself with her again. Hillary's career was supposed to be over and him reviving her like that caused these turn of events.....

But what is even funnier is as simple as this video is below, when you go deep into it this is what put the idea in Trump's head in the first place to run. We laugh cause of how silly it sounds that he ran because he was made fun of...but that is the reality

Barack could never guess that a day after that he would kill Osama...but then 5 years later find a new enemy :wow:

:whoa:Hold, up fam. You're forgetting how demonic the Clintons and their associates are. He was specifically told by one of his inner circle not to make her V.P. because if he did she would kill him. He couldn't leave her in the Senate, because she would have sabotaged everything he tried to do. He couldn't leave her out because Hillary is cliqued up to the fullest with TPTB and again she would have sabotaged him. So, fukk it. Make her SOS, let her have her little server and do a little biz on the side. The problem is she went fukking Hulk levels of corrupt and her skeletons didn't start to come out until after she left the job. Add to that the rumor that her stepping down in '08 was contingent on her being President in '16. I don't know what Obama could have done to keep that woman out of his presidency.

She's been flirting with islamophobes for awhile. She's courting money from Hindu nationalists rather than Zionists.

Wait Obama knew about her side biz? :dahell:

If true that man is so damn far gone and corrupt. Especially if he knew about the Haiti situation.

Speaking of which by the way I hope all that dirt finally comes out about what she did in Haiti...

As for him not being able to do anything to keep her out of the presidency...he could have simply used his balls and called her bluff...He needs to stand up to people for once.

Yeah I like some of her polices as well.

But the problem I see with her or any woman running on the democratic platform is the double standard. Trump and the republicans will find a way to attack her, and she has to be "dignified" and "lady like" without coming off as a bytch. Sexism and the double standard is a huge problem in this country. I'm not saying the democrat to run in 2020 has to be a man, but I just think we have to be conscious of the fact that a woman will face tougher criticism than a man.

Also one of the biggest lessons learned in the 2016 election is less baggage is better. The two most unpopular candidates of all time ran against each other, the epitome of the lesser of two evils. It doesn't matter if you're running for local city councilman or POTUS, when you have skeletons in your closet and appear to transform into whatever based on who is in front of you then you will eventually fail.

Remember it was Obama who said Hillary will say or do whatever to get elected. Trump is unapologetic and has no filter, in a normal election against a normal candidate he would've got washed. But being who you are in private and public makes you more genuine and electable no matter how racist and sexist you appear to be when the person you're running against is just a "politician"...

I don't think he knew everything, but it's a fact that he was communicating with her on the server. The funny thing is Obama stuck a knife in her ribs by claiming he knew nothing about the server which her campaign did not expect. Obama did stand up to Hillary by slapping her hands away from starting numerous conflicts and wars but the Clintons', until very recently, have been completely teflon. No one could touch them and no one could stop them. Read Wikileaks; the scope of their power is terrifying.
