Working out and boxing aint the same thing. He is too bulky to be legit in boxing. Eminem was trapined by a legend.

Street fighters or MMA could be what Benzino’s shape is. Not sure what weight category Em or Royce would be but they don’t look like they got the strength to take heavy hits unless I’m wrong.
Its not easy to hit ppl who actually train in boxing. There's bts footage of Em boxing, and he looks legit. Especially from where he started from. Zino don't even look like he c uld throw a proper punch. Now in a wrestling match, he might be a prob

I need to see that footage of Em boxing, but Zino looks Like he could hurt someone. It’s all about conditioning and stamina. Without that nobody could last in a fight or any kind of Athletic activity.

I hate em and think Royce is nice on the mic but off it a damn c00n! But with that said there’s no way a 5’4 cat with Trex arms should beat another man who had hit pads and has some type of traditional boxing trading (even 2/3 months at title) should lose to that cat. Benzino would be better off challenging them to an mma match where his strength advantage (if he even has an advantage there) can come into use. Let’s also remember that short cats get muscle waaay faster than cats 5’10 and up (they need less calories and protein) and it doesn’t mean they are strong as fukk. I seen a short stocky cat yesterday at the gym that was maxing out at 205 with a spotter. Bruh was built like he should of been maxing out at atleast 315.....
