Havoc and Sid Roams didn't have any beats on that album. Sid Roams doesn't even produce anymore :mjcry:
ALC had one beat.
Which beats were you thinking of?

Haven't been able to find the production credits, but the beats I was thinking of were "Memories", "Cut off My Right Hand" and "Winners Circle".

Variation in what way?
These are top shelf hard beats. I have no idea what people are complaining about.
I know you weren’t expecting a song for girls. Or some friendly beats. Benny already told us back on Reject 2 he’s not a friendly Breh :prodigylol:
@Black Ball
Tana Talk 3 is literally the perfect marriage of beats and MC.

The thing is you aren't from an era where a lot of your classic material is low to medium tempo beats.

You from the trap turn up /Kendrick, Trac Scott era.

And you either buggin, listening on suspect headphones or speaker, or no speakers.

I've said it before and I'll say it again 2012 posters stay posting wierd shyt !

This is more of a minor complaint. Each beat in isolation is pretty dope.

As a collection, shyt just runs together. Drum patterns are mostly the same, with slightly different tempos.

I fukks with Al & Daringer projects heavy so it's not them. Benny just picked alot beats with a similar feel to them.

Conway & Gunn do a better job of picking a mixed bag I guess.

As far as Benny as an Emcee, nikka is dope, bar game is beastly, but he can also be kinda bland because his approach & delivery on each track is pretty much the same.

Don't take it personal, everybody got their preferences. I prefer concepts, narratives, & storytelling over just pure bars. Some prefer Gza & some prefer Ghostface, neither is a sin.:manny:

@Asicz I've been listening to rap since like 1985. Trap is one of my least favorite type of production. I ain't never heard a Travis Scott project, and I'd consider myself a mild Kendrick fan.

My favorites all time - (Top of my head)
Ice Cube
Ghostface
E-40
Scarface
Kurupt
Redman
Beans
Black Thought
2Pac
T.I.

My Favorites in recent times:
Nipsey Hussle
Currensy
Freddie Gibbs
Big Krit
G-Herbo
Mick Jenkins
Conway
Rick Ross

So my current feeling is that the beats aren't wack, but the production is mad bland and one note as a collection. The other group members have more diverse production and standout type beats on their projects.

Benny has a straight forward delivery, so he needs the production to change up the mood and feel of the songs.
facts. don't listen to the detractors. Benny being better produced would be epic.
