No they didnt. They lost because Zac ran the ball three times instead of letting Burrow throw and then the kicker missed a FG.

You kick the extra point because they had 2 timeouts anyway if you take the lead

If they tied the game, whats the difference? The ravens would still have two timeouts and only need a FG to win.

Last night demonstrated how the greatness of a WR inflates QB numbers. Burrow made some nice plays, he also missed wide open targets on many occasions and decided to throw senseless deep balls on several 3rd and shorts and 4th and shorts. Yet due to the dynamic ability of Jamarr, it looks like he was phenomenal. Ive said it before and I will say it again, Joe is not this clutch assassin that he is made out to be. He went scoreless in the 2022 AFC title game in the 4th and scoreless against the Rams n the 4th qtr of the Superbowl.

For such a marquee matchup, that game was very sloppy and poorly played. The ending sequence with the obvious defensive holding and hands to the face was hard to take.
