You can still lift weights bruh.

Just don't overdo it and listen to your body. Take the necessary rest days and keep your nutrition and sleep on point.

You wanna keep as much muscle mass as you can as you age.

Calisthenics is cool but it is limited imo.

I train with everything.....kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight, etc.

I will never NOT have calisthenic exercises in my program.

My physique is very athletic because of my calisthenics foundation imo.

great advice. I also don’t go heavy anymore. I do higher reps and less weight.

Only bar exercise I’ll keep is bench, z/standing press, and dead lifts

Everything else unnecessary

Like what do I look like squatting 3 plates when i can barely do 1 pistol squat.

Ya'll gotta understand some people set personal goals for themselves just because. That's what they like to do. Might be unreasonable to a lot of people, but not for him. You see how badly broken Ronnie is.
