Bench: 225+(estimated 3RM)*have done strictly weighted dips since september 2012
SQ: 285(estimated 3RM)
DL: 315(have done this 3x5 before)

im planning to post new vids when i can actually beat my old lifts :skip: this summer i plan to put in some good definitive work. Im back on PHAT so im hoping for gains :blessed:

best thing to do is ignore folks if you think they lieing, only reason to lie is for the attention anyways

When you guys deadlift, are you using the straight bar or that bar that wraps around you

what yall recommend when going up in deadlift? today i was supposed to just add five pounds and do 210 but said fukk it and went for 215 instead. did it but feel if i added ten pounds next workout im not gonna do it with such ease.

most i can remember doing was

260 bench ( i dont ever lift to find my bench max tho, so its probably fluctuated a lot)
405 dead
500 Squat (not really parallel though)

right now I'm 5'10 198 and push about

?? bench
365 dead ( 4 reps)
425 squat ( 5-8 reps)

still around 150-153 :wot: but ive been cutting

this semester has had me reevaluate how aggressively i can realistically pursue some of my goals. There are days where i literally pass out after i get home from class/work

ive been overdoing it

ill have more meaningful time come this summer, but i seriously believe the limiting factor with my pushing exercises is all in my wrists :flabbynsick: i dont know how much better they will get given the effort i can put out

Yeah I feel you. That's why I usually just push myself through the big 3 + pull-ups, dips and call it a day. I'd probably fall off, if I had to deal with an extended routine.

But summer seems like a great time to get back on track. Focusing on school is way important...

Any prior wrist injuries?Personally Idk about that one...

I think @LastKING_BLU might be able to help. I think he studied exercise science
