Matter of fact, what can you nikkas overhead press? That's more impressive than bench IMO. Last I tried was 140 5 times and that was in February.

I've been scared to do overhead press the last 3-4 weeks.

I was doing DB overhead press Easter morning, not a heavy weight, and on like the 10th rep I felt my upper back seize up :sadcam: Took a couple days, felt decent enough, did ONE side lat raise and felt it again.....haven't done anything but shrugs on shoulder day since.

I miss it. I did 135 twice most recently though.

shyt my numbers are really weak. I need a partner to work with. Motivation and checking my form. Although i will say my bench has improved greatly from when i started. Above body weight is all ima say. Im going hard body this summer though once classes end. I've only been lifting for a couple months sporadically.

Bench: 210

Squat: 225 (Haven't gone this heavy since high school. Trying to protect what's left of my knees)

Deadlift: 205 (just started doing these seriously a few months ago)

I weigh about 145lbs right now.

doing 120 at the moment and i weigh 157. feel like im stalling on that lift, been stuck at that weight for about a month now. but ive been told its not the easiest lift to just increase weight on like bench or deadlift. not sure how true that is but im getting discouraged.

friday after doing legs i hit 155 for 8, 165 for 5, 170 for 3 my legs were dead which hindered me, but i need to step my OHP up:wow:

thats one thing I wonder, a lot of stats I see posted I dont typically see in the gym

But I take what people say at face value
