Henry Cavill lost. Acting against someone with the gravitas and presence to play Bruce would have taken his own acting up a notch. This might end up doing exactly the opposite and just leading to all around boredom and mediocrity. Affleck has def. made something of a comeback in recent years, but I'm unconvinced that he's a good choice for this role.

I can't really see him as Bruce Wayne neither. I have to wait and see before I can actually shyt on the choice though. Daredevil might surprise us. Snyder not so much.

Are you basing it off of special effects? Though his catalog is short, he is a much better film maker than Snyder, IMO. did you see Argo, The Town? He is a much better director than actor.
