:pachaha:

It’s like your worries are about 75% less compared to the average married breh with kids.
My disposable income is insane, I don’t have to worry about any mouths to feed, can take any job anywhere around the world and leave just like that.

When it comes to females, I’m sure i don’t have tell y’all what it’s like for a single man with his own place and no kids.

People see me all the time and wonder why I look so young for my age (35) and even though black don’t crack, I also think another reason is that it’s basically a stress free life for the most part.
I feel like I’m living life using a cheat code and long may it continue :whew:

The single life definitely had it's perks and you can't beat the freedom.

But getting home from work and my son getting hype like "Dada! Dada!" and hanging out with him :wow: ain't nothing like it fam. Plus having the right girl in your corner is huge.

I don't think there is a right or wrong way to live life though*.

With the exception of deadbeat parents :pacspit:

This.

Having a good woman and kids > single.

But Single > terrible relationship, multiple bay mamma drama.

For me getting old and being alone isn't what I want. My Dad is currently not well and seeing my Mom care for him is incredible and as a family we unite for him too.

Like Kanye say 'We don't send flowers, we the Roses'

I was agreeing with you until you said you were 35 :flabbynsick:

I’m 27 so I definitely enjoy the perks of being a young single breh. But by 35, I’d hope to have found my queen and started a family. I ain’t tryna be that oldhead in the club on the prowl for sugar babies and lonely divorcees. No offense.:manny:

That shyt plays out you aren't going to be in your 20s and 30s forever.

Smashing bustdowns eventually loses it appeal.

Eventually life will inevitably start getting hectic and when that happens you'll eventually want someone in your corner that's bringing something of substance. Having your homies is cool, but they aren't coming home and laying down with you at night.

There is a whole different dynamic and vibe to your relationship with your friends versus your relationship with your lady.

Most people start wanting some offspring as they get older too. You want to leave a legacy behind and for most people that legacy is left in their children. It helps to have someone you can handoff your material possessions to as well like real estate, savings accounts, insurance policies, etc.

A lot of people dont like to talk about it, but your mortality is inevitable and as most people get older they mellow out and start to move different.

I felt like this in my mid 20s-30s, but trust as a 40 year old man, ain’t nothing better than being settled and coming home to my wife, to our home, that we built. In my single life it was all good, definitely had my moments and enjoyed it, but the headache would come with dealing with certain women and situations that would just be draining as I got older...it became more work than it’s worth.
Trust, it’s all about finding the right person for you, and you for them, whether marriage is in the plan or y’all are just cool being a couple.
