Is chump change for a football player. Taking them hits is not worth it in the end. :flabbynsick::old: at the age of 30

We're not talking about Active starters or back ups,we talking PRACTICE SQUAD nikkas. Dudes who wont even see the field at all 90% of the time. They health is secured breh

I know a player only needs to play 4 consecutive years in order to receive NFL pension (my buddy played OLine for the Chiefs) .. I wonder if its the same for practice squad players? :ohhh:

:what: Practice squad players don't make no $15K a week. They're getting $5,700 a week this year.

That's the minimum salary, breh. 91k just to practice 5 days a week. :ooh:

New England Patriots have top-paid NFL practice squad - NFL.com
NFL teams began assembling their eight-man practice squads last week, and if you're on the New England Patriots squad, your wallet might be a little fatter than others.

The Patriots are one NFL team that consistently goes above and beyond the minimum practice squad rate of $5,700 per week. In recent seasons, the Pats have paid their entire practice squad weekly rates above the minimum salary at certain points.

Then I'm going to call :duck: on these numbers.

League minimum is what, half a mil. I doubt dudes are getting half of the league minimum with little risk.

To the other poster. 255k a year is rather ambitious but one should aspire for a salary like that. At least 125k plus.

Okay so we got some legit figures.

Again 91K a year is not worth it to me, to take those blows. I make significantly more than that without that stress :manny:

Ever played football, breh?

Injury rate in practice is far lower than in games, and practice can often be a great time, especially in times when you know you're not starting. :lolbron:

I'd take it.

Isn't the the league minimum 200k. Even for the practice squad players.

Making 200K, While having NFL home season tickets on the sideline. Kicking it at the club with NFL stars and banging groupies that don't know who is the real NFL Super Stars. :eat:
