Being a cop and a teacher are the two worst jobs anybody can have

I always thought being a substitute teacher was better.

Students would only make your life hell if you try to stamp your authority. As long as,no one leaves the classroom or gets hurt, you have done your job.

If kids fail at the end of the year, no one points fingers at the sub teacher who was there for a brief period.

You can basically make money doing fuk all

Real shyt worked as a sub for a year and a half coming out of college it was horrible. The pay was shytty I was only making 12.50 an hour. Most of the students thought I was a student because I'm young looking and the respect just went out the door.

Being a cop is pretty much a lose/lose.

Those dudes are ALWAYS on pins and needles...for better or for worse.

Not in NYC..both can cake 6 figures after 5 years

The only teachers in NYC who make 100k at five years are doing a shytload of comp time. Which in itself is a stretch and not worth it imo
