The 90s did have the best games...but you weren't old enough to play them. You were probably too busy trying to smash a Fisher Price circle toy into a square hole at the time.

3D gaming was ours, got to play Super Nintendo and Genesis when we were 4-5 and when we turn 6-7 (old enough to appreciate games) bam N64/PS1/Dreamcast/Saturn.
