i know a lot of posters dont fw pork, please dont be mad at me:whoa:

but this is my first time actually making beef ribs at home. i was gonna sear em on the grill but its too damn windy today!

im doing a slow cook at 325F in the oven for a few hours. any good tips in the future?

i did em pretty basic. salt and pepper rub, a little pineapple marinade, and i brushed em with sweet baby rays. doing some homemade mac 'n cheese on the side with some yeast rolls.

kinda wish i had picked up some sweet potatoes but thats all right :whew:

what are yall having for dinner?

My pork ribs come out fire every time now. My process is on point!
:whew:
Haven’t tried grilling beef ribs but my boy has the same process as you.
:obama:
My goal is to perfect brisket. My pops brisket is fire. I’m going to try this fall. I follow a few guys on YouTube. I think I have the patience.
