What a stupid firing. Might as well let him finish out the season and fire him after. They not making the playoffs anyway. The didn't do shyt basically as they aren't gaining anything for doing this. Clearly not gonna hire the interim coach.

Is the GM hearing whispers that his job might be next? It was a really bad loss though and the response from the HC was terrible.

2. the goal is to win games and Eberflus was ACTIVELY losing them

He should’ve been fired LAST year after the 0-4 start (particularly that loss against Denver). People gave him too much credit after the Montez Sweat trade. People also forget prior to that trade, the Bears had the worst defense in the NFL. He made SO many decisions last year that cost us games. Everyone wanted to blame Fields though.
