He doesn't have anything to pay them with. If he could pay them he probably wouldn't be going to jail. Usually the IRS is cool too. My friend got caught trying to slip 50,000 past them and got busted. He said he didn't have the 50 anymore but he gave them 30,000 within 10-20 days and they said fukk it on the other 20,000 and let him slide.

If you're willing to coopoerate and come off some cash fast they'll play ball with you. If Beans had the means to get them 400-500 thousand they probably would've let him skate on the rest, or at least given him more time to pay.

What this ultimately says is that Sigel has no fukking money at all. When he gets out he'll be dead broke, and at the bottom in pretty much every facet of life. Very, very sad.

Yeah, the government will always get you. You might get away with not paying taxes once, twice, shyt, maybe for over ten years. But one day, they'll audit your ass and find out, and when they do you're fukked. Never a smart idea to fukk with the federal government.

I'm guessing Sigel maybe tried to say his accountant fukked up. That's what a lot of these people that try to hide money do, but it rarely works. I feel sorry for him though. I wonder how much money he's blown since The Truth and Dynasty albums dropped?

Sad man....Beans is my dude...but this shyt will probably end his life. Not Physically, but what is he gonna do when he gets out? It will be damn near 2015. He'll be an unisgned 41 year old rapper. He's obviously broke (I would bet money that he was living off of was 2-3,000 dollar paid sets on shows in clubs and bars he wasnt even headlining, maybe a few thousand more if he was doing one in Philly), so I know he don't got no start up money for anything when he gets out.

Such a shame...his newest mixtape was one of the best mixtapes I heard the past few years...man, I still bump that shyt.

Im gonna try and find and post the peedi crakk interview when he was breaking down how him and the rest of state property were blowing their money all over the country. He was basically saying how one of them would get a check, and spend it all on them in vegas, hotel rooms plane tickets and shyt, drugs, booze....and then the next person would get a check and do the same thing, etc.

Its not a suprise these dudes didn't do anything to bubble any of their income.

Beanie has been one of my favorites since, like, 99/2000, but he brought all this on himself, tenfold. He can go on about Jay/Dame/Roc Break up, but it wouldn't matter if he was signed to God himself, when you shoot a man in the street, and go to trial on attempted murder charges, while concurrently serving time for pistol and drug cases, you have derailed your own career. Then, after your release, continue to do drugs, barely record music, and eventually bottom out, with the latest 2 year sentence. I love the music though, that won't change.

lol at a Beans/Scarface collab, with the inherent personal/professional baggage of those two trainwrecks.....I never thought for a second that shyt would come out, maybe in 2001/2002, but these dudes are beyond burned out.

That's a harsh reality. 2015? Thats just the tax evasion charge. Just think if he gets charged with that Power 99 shooting. His career is done. No one to cosign him. No rapper's pension. lol No health insurance. He's got babies too. That's scary.
