He dropped a track on game that 50 said Jay wrote. Doesn't sound like Jay to me but 50 was sure. Over the so seductive beat

It was all business with those Philly cats….

Jay didn’t fucc with except for the studio. He really used them as muscle because of the beef with Nas.

Bleek is a Day 1 rap homie that showed that he had some drive. Freeway too.

Beans was willing to leave Jay quick for 50.. disloyal nikka.

Nah, Jay was really high on Beans way before the Nas situation.

Dude felt Beans was the next star for the label, and he was trying to showcase Mack a lot. He was trying to mentor him. But Beans wasn't the type of dude that was going to be cool playing underling to Hov. He wanted to have his own squad and not be a sidekick in somebody else's.

Ye was cool with playing the little brother role. Beans wasn't with it.

Nobody ever wrote my rhymes. I'm just a guy on a forum . And I'm in Colorado . Nowhere close to east coast. There is a difference..

I do wish this site would have died.

Some of y'all need a real life.

I'm misinformed. Disregard.

Not following Hov because of ego and pride didn’t end well for many

1. Sauce Money
2. Jaz
3. Beans

It’s one thing that Kanye did right was cozy under Jay and use his name to get his rep out there

Bleek is better than any of these trash southern mumble artists of the past decade+

Bleek wasn’t bad…

He voice wasn’t bad. Him and Geda K sound like typical NY dudes.

Bleek’s first album could have been classic if he trimmed some of those songs.

Trim tracks 11-13 and we would have been good.

Bleek played his position and is still eating from it.

Beans could have too. Imagine watching that State Property cartoon. It would have been Adult Swim too.

It’s crazy because Beans was still thuggin despite still rapping. I still laugh at the fact that he talked about having pants with extra pockets to hide the stash. I knew then that he was too gutter for corporate America.

Beans pulled a gun out on Lyor Cohen for chrissakes

Jaz played himself. He couldn't stand that his mentee became way more successful and famous than he did. Jay tried to work with him and offered him a deal, but Jaz's ego was out of control back then. Dude just couldn't put that aside.

I'm not mad at Sauce though. He just wanted to be his own man, and not be in a situation where he didn't get along with everybody. Him and Dame supposedly didn't get along, so I think that's what killed his thing with Roc, from like day one. He also had interest from mad other labels, so I can understand why he would just do his own thing. I just wished he dropped more music. Sauce is nice!
