Black people (Africans) natural eye color is variations of brown from light to dark. If you got grey, green or blue eyes chances are it's through cac admixture or some disease. It's really not complicated.
What about people with brown and yellow pigmentation in their sclera

It's all a person to person basis. Some black women with light eyes are beautiful. Some are just aight. Some with regular dark eyes are just aight. Some are gorgeous.

For the most part in the face yes because its different. This is universal for all races, if you have a "rarer eye color" you are going to be more intriguing to other peoples eyes.
I hate the fake over the type eye color and I remember talking with a dude with blue eye's years ago that was black and hated them joints, he said it was the start of 90 percent of all his conversation since he was a boy.
