:pacspit: N1ggas payin attention to stories in a beat um up. You wanna story nikka? Pull your covers up to your throat and have ya mamma once upon a time your ass night night.

:dead:

naw i aint give a shyt about the story but i would just be watching the cutscenes like :wtf:

there was too many overly feminine elements to the game...all the lollipops and butterflies and lipstick was :flabbynsick:

game was piff tho besides that shyt

:childplease:

Aside from the fruity ass pop-ish tracks, that game soundtrack had some of the best music I've ever heard.

i wouldnt know, i turned the music off after the first stage and never looked back :smugfavre:

shyttin' on OG NG2's combat system?

I'll have to investigate this. I only played the demo of Bayonetta, it should be dirt cheap now. Did they ever fix it for PS3?

Bayonetta's the king!!

Bayonetta, specifically hard mode, shyts on everything IMO. I reiterate hard mode cuz you don't really need to use certain weapons and attacks on certain enemies on the lower difficulties and there's a parry mechanic that you rarely get to use, but is crucial to master, since enemies actually attack you first. Being low on health all the time makes the potion brewing alot more useful so you find yourself scavenging for items a lot more too

If people hate on the game, that's their opinion, but they probably didn't play it the way it was meant to be played

And I liked the music :yeshrug: the main theme and the Fly Me to the Moon remix pops in my head from time to time and I haven't played the game in so long. Video game music never sticks with me when I'm done playin it, but that might be due to the fact that I played the shyt outta this trying to unlock the gunchucks

This...

I loved Bayonetta. I really hope that a Bayo 2 releases.

..and this.

Ironically, I never finished Bayonetta, but I beat NGS2. And to c/s answer Golden's question with Tic Tac's answer, Bayo has the better battle system. It has the best battle system over all of these hack n slash sub-genre games, no question.

Fully play thru the game and try to contest it otherwise. And even more specially, like Tic Tac said here and how you used to always say in regards to NG, play the higher difficulty levels.

When I do get around to playing it, I'll definitely play through all the difficulties. NG2 was cheap and broken, but the combat system was amazing... especially the dismemberment factor... :ahh:

But hey, if the action genre experts are telling me Bayonetta's is better, I'll see what's up.
