the smoke smell is crazy. the scariest part is the orange sun, feels apocolytic

Came home from Vegas Wednesday where my pad reeked of the smoke from the fires in Vacaville. My windows weren't open while I was gone so the smoke must have came from the vents .

There was ash coming down like snowflakes from the sky Wednesday and Thursday while I had ashes all over my patio. Yet it was still 102 outside in Sacramento

My friend in Vacaville had to evacuate his family . They're ok but IDK about his house .

i feel like the smoke smell has been worse than the past fires we've had over the years. maybe it's because it's dual with the heatwave, but shyt been seeping in like it hasnt in the past.

mix that up with the weird ass orange/pink skies and shyt been feeling apocalyptic the past few days.

smell has died down in the past 24 hours at least.


it got close to my cousins in vacaville, but they were able to stay home. high key glad because they woulda had to come here since they shut down 80 going toward vallejo that night and i ain't prepared for 2 people and a baby to stay over for a few weeks.



i should shut up though because we not out the clear yet.
