They'll only plug someone else in if he walks. Ball is in his court really. He's got a contract and he hasn't committed a fireable offense yet. He's negotiating in public (not the first or last person to do so) and it'll either work for him or not. If it doesn't, he'll be there begrudgingly doing the job he signed up for, which happens A LOT. Then he's done at that point anyway because I believe his contract covered the movies he's already been in plus guardians 3
