Now that the Fox deal is done the Fantastic Four can take the cosmic aspect of the MCU and Disney has the X-Men which are WAY MORE POPULAR THAN Guardians of the Galaxy. If Disney wanted to be done with Guardians they won't lose any sleep and any money.
