Seriously.. It's like the PS3 starting off again but compounded because it's weaker. Imagine the PS4 coming out weaker but still being $600.

It was a weaker system as a whole according to devs, Only advantage it had over 360 was its cpu and blu ray. 360 had better gpu, ram etc

you basically want a windows 8.1 HTPC then fam...you can build one hella cheap for less then 500

Not only that but the next-generation AMD APU (Kaveri) that's coming out soon, has a better GPU than the Xbox1 (But not as good a GPU as the PS4. It'll have a better CPU than both the PS4 & Xbox1.). So, it will definitely be cheaper to build a better AMD APU-based Windows 8.1 Gaming/HTPC than to buy an Xbox1.
