Previews had me thinking BF2042 could be the GOAT entry beforehand. What a disappointment, it's been a terrible year for shooters outside of Halo Infinite. All I want from Dice now is a Bad Company 2 remake, it's a wrap for BF2042 I'm not waiting for summer for shyt to get fixed.

No, Battlefield is way worse than 2077. 2077 has the basis feel of a Cyberpunk game and has crazy potential as long as they continue to patch and release quality DLC. And Steam reviews are actually good
Battlefield 2042 is terrible. The Battlefield formula isn't there. No destruction. shytty big open maps filled with shipping crates. shytty hero shooter. Y'all can't be true fans of the series if you can't see the base of Battlefield just isn't there. shyt feels like a BR game and I wouldn't be surprised if that's what EA was trying to do.
