Why shouldn't he? He made the playoffs last year when few thought they wouldn't be a bottom 10 team and they're competitive this year. He's made the playoffs in I believe 9 of his 12 full seasons as head coach, missing it in 2011, 2017 and 2021. He has 1 SB win and 2 SB appearances. Why shouldn't he keep his job?
