This is a failure of the civil rights boule class since the civil rights movement.
They were thirsty about securing managerial class jobs in the white power structure for themselves and ignored the black under class.
Black apathy and ignorance has set in and it has gotten worse since social media.
The Democratic Party is also to blame for ignoring poor and uneducated places like this.
And again this circles around to the boule who are not forcing the Dems to invest in small majority Black towns.
