That's fine but I'm sure the number of blacks shot by other blacks in 7 years is 3 times that number and the young man killed by the police is 1 incident in a year compared to 280...I'm not saying police injustice doesn't exist but we can't ignore the fact the bigger problem is what's going on in our community everyday and come on with the compassionate nonsense there are plenty of blacks and people of other races that don't have an ounce of compassion. And yes there are people in communties trying to fight crime but the people up in arms about all these police killing need to be doing the same when someone in there own community is killed for no reason which happens more often then the police killings do that's my point especially when I hear people say we are in a state of emergency like random police murders are the only reason that we are
There you go with that White Supremacist deflection.

How is that deflection when I answered the questions that you asked and you still have yet to answer mine seems like your the one deflecting to me...so I'll ask it again are you willing to police your own community and interact with violent felons and other criminals on a daily basis? If the police are the real reason we are in state of emergency

We care about black on black crime. We’ve cared about it for years. We’ve talked about it for years. We’ve tried to find solutions for years. We’ve had forums, marches, lectures, outreach programs on the problem for years. You just weren’t paying attention. Also, when a black man kills another black man, law enforcement does everything in their power to bring that killer to justice. Surveillance video of the suspect is widely released, not confiscated. They are placed in custody, not on administrative leave. To assume that being outraged by a police shooting automatically means that we’re not outraged by black on black violence is to assume that we’re not intellectually capable of being concerned by two issues at once. It’s a completely condescending and dismissive viewpoint. And if that’s the first thing you say when things like what happened to Alton Sterling and Philando Castile occur instead of showing empathy then I’d rather you just be silent.

That may be you and very few select group of people... in general people get up in arms about whatever the latest hashtag is and are not focusing on where the real war is which is often in their own backyard..I've heard people talk about revolution and killing cops because 2 lives were lost when hundreds are lost in their cities everyday and I don't here the same type of language..that's my point ...so I don't think taking the opportunity to bring attention to black on black crime is anyway disrespectful if we are truly trying to asking people and making our situation better

I was listening to the press conference with the son while driving...

I had to pull off the road....I can't stop crying...

I don't think I can go to work and look privilege in the eye and not spit in its face... It's too real...

I worry for my husband, my dad, my nephews, my uncles...

Be safe brehs :mjcry:.... Frfr
I worry about us all. Sandra, Rekia and the little girl was killed too. These people hell Blacks with their life.

Of course they are holding his right arm. They are trying to stop him from getting the gun out his right pocket.

You're lying if you say this situation couldn't have been avoided.

In the video, Alton is even cursing at the cops and yelling while they are on him. No reason to try and test a cops power it won't end well. Justt stay calm and take that cop to court after...

None of what you are falsely reporting to be true justifies that Man being shot... None of it makes it acceptable

Imagine what would happen if all the bystanders just up and stomped the life out of these Cops faster than they could react. Imagine that going viral and the aftermath..
Or a rise in brothers that body Cops in numbers.

Nation would be :merchant:

Lets get a thread on that

Who's going to police the neighborhoods after all the cops are gone then you?

I have no problem policing my community if it comes down to it. Now run along with your white supremacy thinking.
