But why is he resisting arrest? Nothing good ever comes out of that situation. Just be respectful to the cops and go on about your business. Complain about any mistreating in court.

It looked like dude was trying to fight the cops off him before the gunshots, and I think the dude also had a gun. A bad situation for everyone involved, but dude should of just stayed calm and have been respectful towards the stupid cops and he would still be alive.
These cops are trigger happy, no need to provoke when they have the government behind and a gun. Its a lose lose situation for you, so just stay calm and respectful to police when they approach for any reason.
Cops should be charged with murder though. Situation was avoidable as well, as in most of these cases.

Good. It is shocking but it will get a whole lot of poples attention. I live in NYC and I expect to see folks in the train who see other folks with the Daily News stare at the cover. This was a modern day lynching. These evil cacs must see what they have done.
I feel sick to my stomach. These cops need to goto prison. They need to have their lives taken for not valuing the life of others. They were in position to just hold his hands or arms to the ground so he couldn't move them, but they don't use their common sense (and probably training) and these racist fukks murder him when he moves his hand 1 centimeter. Each one of these tragedies is sadder, and there's still nothing being done about it.

Cops clearly had full control over him while he was pinned on his back. Doesn't matter whether he was reaching for his pocket or not. It was an execution.
