Yeah but these child molesters, rapist, white collar criminals etc...generally have money and good standing in the community. A Black duded getting killed in the hood doesn't garner the same type of sympathy and clemency(even among black people) You say they "get it" but a lot really don't.

If the call was that he was armed...why didn't they approach with guns drawn. Instead they ta kle the guy.

There's a problem with procedure too. Police have a habit of putting their hands on you first, not stating that you're under arrest. How is a person to distinguish being lawfully arrested and being assaulted.

If they immediately state that you're being detained, maybe that will press a switch in a person's brain? Just running up in someone's face, because you have a uniform on doesn't mean you're above assault.
