No, there needs to coordinated action amongst the men of that neighborhood to protect women, children and even other men from outside forces who come in to do harm.

Thats what they did in East london in 2013, and earlier in paris (talking about muslims)

And the result was... the law enforcement was so shook, they left those areas alone and let Muslims police themselves.
Every cop was afraid that if he messed with a muslim, the entire community would put a price on his head.

No matter what though, the issue is that no matter what he was doing, the cops killed him and in all of these situations, it never has to get to that point. He's on the ground and handcuffed and if he's "resisting" then you use a fukking taser. We've seen cops bring people in without even touching their guns, but for whatever reason when it comes to Black people cops seem to forget all of that. You don't find that at least a bit suspicious?

Suspicious? No, there have been stories posted here with white males shooting at cops and being taken in alive, we know that many cops get real aggressive when it comes to black people(maybe because of the dehumanization of black people).
