And superman has to try to process things quickly so his reaction time isnt fast like the flash.

The flash can process information so fast that time seems to stand still while he's thinking, superman can do the same but he has to focus to do it so it's not automatic like flash. You can definitely pull a fast one on supes if he's not expecting it.

Supes is on a planet where he can body 99.9999% of its inhabitants with ease, and the only people he has an issue with are usually ones who employ unconventional means to harm him or have a chunk of kryptonite on deck. It stands to reason that him getting caught slipping because he's feeling himself would happen a lot more often than people think.
