Seeing "prep time" live in effect >>>>>>
No. don't get me wrong Cap was getting fukked up the minute Stark fought back... the SSS made them both (Him & Bucky) durable. Cap was falling out of buildings, jumping out of planes with no chutes like nothing... it still hurts him tho he can still die. Also Tony didnt want to kill steve he just wanted him outta the way... Also I suspect the SSS has a healing factor in the movies of some sort...
the SSS does have a healing factor.or something .. Its the same serum used to make Luke Cage and we see he's impenetrable ....
Technically....yes & no... If your talking about the netflix series it was just a machine trying to replicate the SSS on another level giving him dense bulletproof skin and super strength. I guess in the Marvel's Netflix universe the SSS set the standard and everyone trying to replicate it.
I was emotionally invested in capbucky vs tony
How wasnt it an earned fight? Batman wantes to prove man was better. Supes just wanted his help and got caught slippingThat's the thing asunder did not have an earned fight or an earned death for Supes. DC verse DOA, truly a shame as they have more epic stories and characters than Marvel.
If we're going off of feats just in the MCU, Ironman should've dusted both of those nikkas in seconds. Cats will bring up Cap holding onto a helicopter but forget Tony intercepted and redirected a fukking nuclear warhead, survived the vacuum of space, and survived the following fall from spaceHe's shown reflexes quick enough to dodge missiles from close range. So even in the universe they've created, independent of the comic books (where Cap beating Stark is even more ludicrous), that fight was still silly. Black Panther is a realistic match for Tony. Reed Richards is a realistic match. Cap and Bucky are jobber status without the writers making it otherwise. At least with Superman vs. Batman they made a point of showing Batman get his ass kicked and more importantly made a point of Superman vocalizing I could kill you if I wanted. Bats using a weakness that even Clark didn't know he had is the culmination of that prep time that the whole movie was leading up to. Before nikkas try to say Tony was enraged and not being his usual genius self, in Ironman 3 the nikka saw the woman he loved presumably fall to her death. Minutes later he was cracking one liners while battling the guy who seemingly killed herOk let's not forget both of these dudes are SUPER SOLDIERS trained in extensive hand to hand.. Did you not remember how much strength Cap was outputting doing the first time he was chasing that Nazi?!? Punching a man in an iron suit was nothing... shyt in the comics Tony was getting that work... Why was that a surprise that Steve was whipping the shyt outta him. It's not alien tech it's steel, cap can bend steel or punch it enough it'll bend.
Indeed.Still pisses me off how nerfed tony was. Two humans taking iron man punches to their skin and they act like it's mayweather hitting them
Im1 tank shell shot thousands of feet out the sky and fell hard enough to create a crater. Gets up no problem Cap and Bucky don't hit that hard . Russos already confirmed they nerfed the armor so whateverIf we're going off of feats just in the MCU, Ironman should've dusted both of those nikkas in seconds. im talking comics.. not Netflix....
as per wiki .... Lucas is consumed by rage over Stryker's betrayal and his father's supposed death, engaging in frequent brawls and escape attempts. Eventually transferred to Seagate Prison off the coast of Georgia, he becomes the favorite target of racist corrections officer Albert "Billy Bob" Rackham, whose sadistic brutality ultimately leads to a demotion that he blames on Lucas. Research scientist Dr. Noah Burstein recruits Lucas as a volunteer for a cellular regeneration experiment based on a variant of the Super-Soldier process he had previously used to empower Warhawk. Burstein immerses Lucas in an electrical field conducted by an organic chemical compound; when he leaves Lucas unattended, Rackham alters the experiment's controls, hoping to maim or kill Lucas. Lucas' treatment is accelerated past its intended limits, inducing body-wide enhancements that give him superhuman strength and durability. He uses his new power to escape Seagate and makes his way back to New York, where a chance encounter with criminals inspires him to use his new powers for profit.[citation needed]
The nikka was taking hits from Thor in AvengersIt's whatever, they wanted to tell a story so they did what they had to do, but the shyt cracked me upIm1 tank shell shot thousands of feet out the sky and fell hard enough to create a crater.
