I'd be surprised if DC doesn't go for them in the new batman movie. Obviously Ben and Geoff could be thinking something entirely different but this would be a great way to do a different kind of batman movie. you'd have the investigative angle, the reexamining of his past, it'd be something without the typical villains, and if done like Snyder did it, it would have a different tone to it. Almost gothic noir
