I can't fukking wait. And I love how WB is taking a stance like fukk it, if you ain't been turned on to the Dark Knight graphic novel by now, . Leaving people wondering wtf is going on. But those of us in the know, we know the deal.
This flick seems to be shaping up into a true comic book fans wet dream. Marvel got their own lane, catering to the kids and casual fans, which is cool and all, but DC is on that catering more towards the long time comic readers perspective. The animated movies are the exact same way.
I am excited for AOU, but expect it to be a nice cgi fest sprinkled with bogus one liners and a repeat of the same team formula from the first movie. Bat vs Supes is like a damn 'What If' comic come to life tho.

I thought the teaser was meh and I thought the Age Of Ultron teaser was meh as well. I also thought the Star Wars teaser was meh. I ain't even a starwars fan like that (felt Sith was the best) and that teaser had me excited. Just seeing superman and batman in the rain with those words in a muffled voice is instant replay bait for anyone that likes the genre. But ok it's all meh mr contrarian

Ppl just wanna hate on this movie smh. I can already tell non comic book reading or animation watching viewer will probably hate this movie. This might be the first superhero movie to go over people's heads. Keep seeing comments like "why are superman and batman fighting" and "why does batman/or superman look like a bad guy" . Ppl don't understand it's deeper than that. This isn't your everyday marvel superhero movie where the villain is wearing a neon sign that spells out "villain here". From the trailer it is clear that it is a battle of perspective, fear of the unknown, jealousy and propaganda. Just listen to the voice overs for goodness sake . I'm not even assuring this movie will be good but the criticism of the trailer is just misplaced.

It has nothing to do with being a contrarian. Like I said, I don't believe in property hype. We've seen shytty Batman movies, we've seen shytty Superman movies, we've seen shytty Star Wars movies, we've seen shytty Fast & Furious movies, we've seen shytty Marvel movies, which means that regardless of how much I hold those properties dear, each and every single time, I need to see a trailer that shows signs, not promise, not potential, actual signs, of a good movie, for me to give a shyt.

No it doesn't make him a good guy, but it means he's beloved enough to get a statue in the first place which directly goes against your argument that he's being portrayed as a villain along with everything else that's been pointed out that directly goes against your argument that he's being portrayed as a villain, breh.
