Gotham villains and the Batfamily > Bruce Wayne running Darkseids fade and hacking into Brainiacs grid. Thats Supermans beef he dont even care about shyt like that. And he really shouldn't. Batman at his core is an obsessive, manipulative revenge driven high functioning lunatic who doeant like human interaction but craves it. His number one issue has and always will be wiping out crime in Gotham, thats his reason for existence and the main thing hes always about. I know Justice League is canon and all that but its dumb I wouldnt want Marvel characters like The Punisher, Daredevil, Spiderman etc to join teams either even tho they are all on some kinda unit. Even Wolverine stories to a certain extent does better solo than as a X man. shyt Batman has more friends than fukking Goku now and its weird and annoying cuz hes not a likeable person at all

Batman movies are trash besides Dark Knight because the Joker. Batman movies should be about solving high level crimes not silly philosophical mumbo jumbo because quite honestly, Batman just likes running around beating motherfukkers up because he is an idealistic spoiled White boy that can't grow up because he misses his parents.

At the core, superheroes are about youthful White boy idealism banging it's head against the reality that the world doesn't match up with their values in man-children with superpowers or too much money. Daredevil, IronMan, Batman, Spiderman, Superman, that's what at the core they are about. DC movies try too hard. Stick to the script.

I agree but he's also great as the tactician and strategist of the JL. The reason the live action sucked is cause they made him a meat head so he brought nothing to the table. Cartoon JL batman wouldve been orchestrating all the moves cause he's a genius

Just like i like my wolverine away from xmen to be some savage murderous shyt, just killing random goons and fighting some mid level baddies so he can gut em... i like my batman fighting against psychologically damaged charCters and beating them with his head. Logan waiting for Sabretooth every year on his bday, beefing with Omega Red and Silver Samurai, even Daken or Deadpool coming in and beating the brakes off him is all raw and thats why his movies are kept like that. Only one that has translated fairly decently is Spidey in Infinity War and he got a fukking suit upgrade. Stuff like this isnt lost on the movie goer. BvS did just ok cuz it was real melodramatic but they set up lovely that Bats needs a TON of fukking help to see ANYBODY with powers. And he wasnt really yucking it up like he was in JL.

Nah. Spiderman and batman are worlds apart in powerset. It's a joke how Spiderman is considered Street level. He makes 100x more sense on the Avengers than Batman does on the Justice League. Spiderman can toss a tank and can damn near dodge bullets. If you left batman alone in a full on brawl with Justice league villains within seconds dude would be dead.

JL sucked because WB had its head between its legs trying to bite Marvel.

Instead of just doing DC and focusing on DC.

That is why WW and Aquaman were a success.

It wasn't about creating a universe.

Just hiring good directors to explore the vast and existing universes of the respective characters (AQM and Atlantis, WW and the Amazons).

Hacks don't know what to do with a JL or Supes' story. Because these stories just don't write themselves on the page. It takes some work and time to come up with something that works.

As far as Batman, everybody has their favorite type of Batman.

So many directions you can go with Batman that a good director and screenwriter can make it work, whether it is a washed-up Bruce or a young Bats.

Don't forget, die-hard comic fans and average movie fans aren't one in the same. Movie fans aren't really caught up into the power levels making sense.
Gotham, the Rogues, and the challenges the Rogues present are what make the Batman movies.

In the last 2 Nolan movies, Bats was not the most compelling character, and it didn't matter. Bats trying to combat all that sh*t was the compelling part.

That is what makes Batman. Not his power levels or the fights,but all that Bats has to overcome to bring justice to Gotham.
