Why the fukk is he giving criminals a fair chanceIt's like his golf handicap. If he put his billions to use, he could probably just hire Deathstroke to kill every criminal in Gotham. Hand to hand w/ gadgets is how he evens the odds. It at least gives the criminals a fair chance.

theres a demon bat under the city. batman in a bandaid on a gaping knife wound. he could try to use money to fix gotham, and it would draw someone to nullify it. the same way bringing in wonder woman or superman would draw some of equivalence to gotham
