Even though he doesn't really have an origin, why are people not recognizing Thor? The script was the best, and you understood every character's motivation.

I felt like out of all the superhero movies Captain America captured the complete essences of the character....it's sooooo underrated
It's also too Goddamn Bad that he only got 1 Story to tell. I know Cap. in the Current is going to be Cool but I wanted to see at least another Movie from the 1940s.

Totally agree.

People tend to underrate Cap and Overrate Ironman in my opinion.

I do agree that Cap is very underrated, only complaint I have about that film is the villain isn't as evil as he should be.

Iron Man is complete unadulterated dopeness. Only think that could be said about it is the fight at the end could have been better.

Because the shyt on earth was unbearable at points. The main thing everybody said about the first Thor film was that they wanted MORE of Asgard and the characters inhabiting that world. The shyt with Jane Foster was just your typical fish out of water comedic bullshyt.

Next film looks to be much more promising.

Iron man is a dope flick, don't get me wrong. It was kind of the blueprint of what a comic book movie should be in contemporary times...

However, when I re-watch the first ironman, I am not sure if its cinematic excellence from a technical standpoint, or if RDJ carried the movie and gave Tony Starks life...

Hope that makes sense...

batman begins had the POTENTIAL of being the best origin story. the 1st half was flawless on with how he was trained, why he became who he is, and a realistic approach to becoming batman, but the moment he donned the cape and it went downhill into another trivial comic book movie.
This... The third act was a hot mess, this is a reoccurrence in every 1 of his Batman movies.

First Cap. Movie had me wanting to see Cap. Face Off against more Hydra Goons & Bosses. I know he had to be Rushed to do The Avengers but :manny: ..if only we got another Cap. Movie before he came into Current Time.

i put bb and iron man on the same level. both are good movies but i never liked them as much as everyone else did. i'd still say they used to be the best comic book origins movies.

man of steel is number 1 now though. and it's not even close for me.

batman begins was great, but the action scenes were trash

- Iron man was great as well, but the villain was pretty weak and having peppers kill him almost ruined the movie for me

-honestly the best OG hero film has to be spiderman. great story, great villain, and great action for that time. the only thing that sucked about the movie was the chick they picked for mary jane.

Man of steel is def up there but i'll have to see how it holds up on tv and see if its replay value holds up

You take out Heath's performance and Batman Begins is easily the best out of the trilogy.
