This is probably the first time I've watched a full game of that nikka. I think poor man's Luka, which is literally still a 20-24ppg peak with some 6-9ast years and some 6-8rpg years.

He scores from the same spots and uses similar strategies to drive with the lack of high level athleticism. Luka has a more bouncy and methodic handle using foot and body fakes to get defenders off balance but Cade has a quicker change of direction and might not need to get you off balance to drive, but it's less effective than what Luka does with their limited athleticism imo. Luka is a much better shooter also and Cade hasn't quite mastered his release, it looked different too often for my liking. That will come though, hes good at getting it up which is important.

He can be the PG for a championship team for sure imo, but not the best player.

This draft isn’t anything special. Only reason we are seeing these rookies play more compared to other drafts is because of covid. They’re getting opportunities other classes didn’t have. A lot of good role players tho.

Their respective ‘feel for the game’ is worlds apart. It’s something that stood out to me when I saw Cade at Oklahoma; it’s something that I just don’t see in Jalen’s game, where he’s going to be reliant on someone making those all-important decisions for him.

PG in spurts but not full time averaging 7-8 to's a game. No chips until that # consistently goes down if they are going that PG route.
