JT's best games in 2014 were when Zeke's production wasn't at its max level. Zeke got 100+ most games, but he didn't fully beast until the Big Ten title game.
JT carried the offense without the atronomical performances from Zeke. JT had possibly the greatest statistical season for a QB in Big Ten history. He certainly didn't do that "riding Zeke's coattail."
