Maidana's best win is over old ass Erik Morales.
I'd rate Broner below the Victor Ortiz win. He'd be tied with Jesus Soto Karass and Chop Chop Corley.:lolbron:

Well Maidana ain't shyt then, because AB ain't as good as I thought he was:manny:

Struggle fight. Too much holding by Broner and I hate Porter's style. I think I probably give him less credit than others because I can't stand Porter's wild swinging style and ugly inside game that makes him look active, but is just rough aggressiveness and no real substance.
Broner disappointed me. He was more skilled and again n didn't show it. It completely looks like his style is to imitate Mayweather and it seems as if it isnt his style, just the one he wants to imitate. His shoulder roll doesn't work and he needs to be more active. When he throws he usually lands pretty clean and sharp punches.
A lot of the fight I was thinking how easy it would have been for Floyd. I don't want to see a Floyd-Porter fight. :scust:
I thought it was a draw or Porter deserved a one point win. I just can't stand Porter's game though...:yeshrug:

Spence looked excellent. Got hit more than he should have, but maybe that was because he stood in n there to get his opponent out. Maybe Spence is ready for that major step up. :ohhh:

I've noticed no one's mentioned the fact that most of you guys had AB winning :sas1:, 43 of you in fact:sas1:
You guys aren't acting that suprised :mjpls:........

Can't believe how many were taken by the AB hype.:russ:I never jumped on the bandwagon, he never showed that much potential. This is a breh who arguably lost to Fernando Quintero. Fernando Quintero. And looked :flabbynsick: against de Leon. This is before the Maidana fight. By this point it should've been clear that AB would never reach greatness. Elite boxers should be putting on exhibitions against guys on that level. Even Berto was dishing out beat-downs at a similar stage.

There will inevitably be a lot of talk about AB's attitude and lifestyle. But I don't think that's his problem. I think his biggest problem is a low ring IQ. Floyd's ring IQ is a 10. AB's is a 4 at best. That's the main difference between them. When you see AB behind on the score cards, plodding around the ring doing nothing you're not seeing a coward or a slacker. You're seeing a guy who simply doesn't know what to do. He has no idea how to negate his opponents strengths, which punches he should be selecting, whether he should press, or whether he should counter. You can have all the technical skills and athleticism in the world, but if you have low ring intelligence and can't make adjustments you'll only get so far.

He will be fine at 140, but can he make that weight? If so for how long?_

The floyd comparisons just need to stop.

He is no where the level if fighter floyd is.
