I rather get fried on the deep play than continuously having the already limited defensive roster get increasingly worn out
I stopped watching in the first half when we were only down a score

The game plan was terrible and not how you win against a team like Bama

they laid out a carpet for Mac to be comfortable

No one cares about bama or Ohio state or Clemson like they did usc, Nebraska, Miami, etc.
That’s why no one watches or cares anymore. When usc was on top, cfb popularity rivalled the nfl but now it is nowhere near it

thats a lie, people would love a new or different champ, but nobody is sitting around like damn i wish usc was back, unless you an alumni or fan and usc was ass for a long time until Pete came and revived the program, and honestly a few teams have had a run in the sec but it’s always been Bama and friends, and when the dynasty is over it will be some one else’s turn

He might've surpassed his record, but I'll still take Bear Bryant over Nick Saban any day.

what ????

i can’t speak to the game plan, but this is the first time in a while you all have not had the horses in your front 7 so I’m not sure what game plan would cover that up, y’all got dominated, last year was def your year to challenge, but this year not so much. This is like playing us, clearly we have some talent but you can see the stark difference in the depth and breadth of the talent gap, and when you all played bama you could see there still was another level you all have olave which is cool he’s good, but Bama has 6-7 olaves with more speed

I LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX!
You didn’t see Bear Bryant coach
True. But I've watched enough old games and done a lot of research through out the years on the guy.

Ohio State consistently has some of the highest ratings every year no matter the time slot and no matter the channel. What are you blabbering about?

Bama ass DC
Still can't believe TOSU came out in a 4-4 defense to defend a spread team. I don't think they bracketed Smith all night either. If they forced Bama to run the ball from what I saw last night I don't think Najee Harris beats them but it's definitely a much closer game.

I didn't get that either.
Im like 4-4 yall need to be in nickel :dahell:
What kinda Lake Erie kush did you sell em @smitty22

Don’t know what coach Coombs was on. The 4-4, scared to death to challenge yalls receivers. I get bend but don’t break, but was was playing break but don’t shatter. Didn’t recognize that team last night, but yall been doing it all year. Hats off :salute:

Kind of seemed like Coombs overthought the situation, and I know his specialty is in the secondary so maybe he overrated just how good is own secondary was. I know them LBs had to be mad as shyt as the game went on. But Sark called that game perfectly, its why I am high on him coming into UT, just gotta hope being a head coach doesn't overwhelm him and he gets to focus on what he does best.

Naw he ain’t overate his secondary, he knows they ain’t as talented as years past. Coombs is a press man 97% of the time type coach. Thats all we played before he left for the Titans db coach job. He came back this year and we’ve played soft coverage, bail out technique all year. The problem last night was at a point you gotta realize it ain’t working and adjust. On top of that the 4-4 was just inexcusable, especially against a spread offense. Needed to play nickle and take your chances with Najee beating you in the run game. Hopefully Coombs learns from this though. Breh Sark is a mastermind play caller. Hopefully he brings Texas back to competing for chips. He can exploit mismatches with the best of them. His hire probably brings Ewers back in play for yall too. :francis:
