Exactly.....these negroes already scared to riot and loot in those pristine areas. Scared as shyt to go there and just start shooting shyt up and setting up turf.
But not scared to shoot little ass kids in they own neighborhood. And some of y'all here defending these cowards like "Man fukk the police" "we good as long as a cop or 2 feels it"
Can't understand that logic.
The cops are still there and they are still patrolling the city. When it comes to western Baltimore, they slow their roll because everyone and their cousin is going to videotape any interaction and raise a big deal on social media and with Internal Affairs of Baltimore PD.
So basically the hood has been razed, businesses and homes destroyed, and now there's no one to patrol the streets.
It's gonna be a real hot summer in Baltimore.
The mayor is telling the city's police department to back down. Now they have. And this is what happens. That part of town kind of has turned into Peach Trees neighborhood in the movie Judge Dredd.
A woman and her 7 year old son both got shot in the head recently in "that" part of Baltimore. Sad tragedy. I don't know what kind of "stepping up" you are talking about.

Now, you have a small number of cops doing the wrong thing, but they way it was handled, the city's leaders turned against the entire police department.
You take away law, you take away peace. It's going to get worse before it gets better. It's the end of May 2015 right now. June, July and August of 2015 is going to be a shoot-fest.
Seriously, I was okay with driving through west Baltimore and I did when I had to go to a specialist at John Hopkins hospital. Now, as in today, I would not drive through.

Riots are good, but the Baltimore riot could have been handled better. They should have looted the police station NOT their own neighborhoods.This is what happened during the riots.

Uh, like there was one dude controlling the rioting??? It was anarchy and the rioters, not protesters, just randomly picked the nearby businesses and vehicles to damage.
