Nah they in the heart of historic black Baltimore. North ave and Pennsylvania ave used to be like the Bmore Harlem
They reported that those kids aren't even from the area. Its easy to get to Bmore from DC by train or bus, but ok sure.
Again, no black is making bank from those businesses and the people who live in the area can just shop down at the next cluster of stores. There is no one single shopping area, this is Maryland, there are tons of shops and malls. They aren't hurting the neightboorhood. They are hurting the Cacs pockets that leech off the neightboorhood.
