He did say he heard banging on the otherside,but he didn't hear him screaming for help though....He said the ride for him didn't feel rough so he's assuming Freddie wasn't getting banged around due to a rough ride....But I don't think he was shackled by his hands AND feet on his stomach either,a ride can feel waaaay different from that perspective then when you have your legs to balance yourself.
He said cops let em go and didn't charge him because of the commotion with Freddie,but I catch your drift though
...I was thinking the same thing but he didn't exactly let all the cops off the hook,he just said the cops who arrested Freddie mustve done it because the van ride couldn't have.
But like I said I think he's making this judgement call based on the position he was in and not Freddi who was on the floor....but at this point he's just going to make a good witness to get the driver off the hook if he actually was driving aggressive and being negligent.
